After weeks of speculation linking him to Brazil’s Botafogo, the Brazilian coach reaffirmed his commitment to the Eagles, prioritizing the project that led them to a historic three-peat in the Apertura 2024.

Despite an enticing offer from the reigning Copa Libertadores champions, Jardine chose to stay in Coapa. América’s management, led by Santiago Baños, expressed their trust in the coach:
